The Fexme Educational Organization was started on May 1st, 2017, by Dr. Devan Kumaraguru. He is founder of the Organization. Additionally, he serves as secretary of the FMG Wing of the Tamilnadu Medical Student Association. He is educating students about the possibilities for studying MBBS overseas and guiding them in the right direction.

Mr. Prabhakaran, an MBA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Fexme Educational Organization. He is also a Representative of KRSU in India.

A limited liability company (LLC) "MDS Impex", Bishkek, the kyrgyz Republic, from February 15th, 2016 in the face of General Director Dr.Sharma Ishwari Narayan and Dr.Sandeep chaturvedi according to the contracts between LLC "MDS Impex" and the Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University (KRSU) may 2016, agree that Fexme, represented by Mr.Devan Kumaraguru can introduce and select students of the Republic of India, under care of "MDS Impex" for studying at the various faculties at the KRSU in Kyrgyz Republic.

Fexme Educational Organisation is the exclusive representative of Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University in India, which is the NO.1 university in Kyrgyzstan.

The acronym Fexme stands for Foreign EXpert MEdical Educational Organisation.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for the Indian students to study MBBS in Kyrgyzstan, who were not able to study MBBS in India, due to low score in NEET or very high fees in private colleges.

In May of 2017, we began our first admittance. Our first student came from Karnataka, followed by students from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and so on. Our journey is progressing well. We're helping students all around India.

We are always concerned about our students and want to assist them in any manner we can. As a result, we award scholarships to the top-performing students every year. Not only that, but after successful admission, we offer each student with a stethoscope, Atlas of Human Anatomy Textbooks by Frank.H.Netter, and a doctors coat [apron], all of which are quite useful for medical students.
